Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box with all certificates and tags attached, then pack it securely inside a shipping box with protective padding.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured for your protection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
